Buddy
Stripes
(Stripes For Buddies)
The Stripes for Buddies Program is a way for a soldier to
earn advancement before reporting to Initial Entry Training (IET).
This program allows a PV1 to be advanced to PV2
if he/she refers one qualified applicant who enlists.
A PV2 can be advanced to PFC by referring a
total of two applicants who enlist (you may include
those used for advancement to PV2).
